It is a perennial, reed-like herb. Cardamom oil extraction is done using steam distillation from the seeds of the fruit gathered just before they are ripe. It is soluble in alcohol and other organic solvents and insoluble in water. It blends well with Rose, Orange, Bergamot, Cinnamon, Cloves, Caraway, and Cedarwood. How to Use Cardamom Essential Oil?
